How this guide treats the data you send it

Published Updated

Effective from 12 October 2026.

Who is responsible for your data here?

This guide is an independent information site about JasminSlots, and the editors who run it are the controller of the personal data described below. We are not the casino. JasminSlots is operated by Green Champions Leader SRL, which is a separate company with its own privacy policy, and it is that company, not this guide, that holds anything you give it when you register, deposit or verify an account. The two policies never merge, even when you click from one site to the other.

What data do we receive?

We receive what you send us. When you write to [email protected], that is your e-mail address, the name you use, and whatever the message contains, such as a question about a figure or a correction request. Please leave out account numbers, card details, passwords and copies of identity documents: we never need them, and a message does not become safer by including them. If you are checking a point about your own JasminSlots account, the operator’s support is the place for those details, not this inbox.
As on most websites, the server that delivers these pages may record technical information about each visit, such as the page requested, the time and the type of browser, so that the site can be kept running and misuse can be spotted. That information is used for the site’s operation and security and never to build a profile of you.

Why do we use it, and on what legal basis?

Messages are used to answer you and, where you point out an error, to correct the page. Our basis for that is legitimate interests: keeping an accurate guide and replying to the people who help us keep it accurate. If you ask us to keep you updated about a change, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to the same address. Technical visit data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in running and securing the site.

Do we use cookies?

Cookies that are strictly needed to deliver the pages do not require your consent. Anything beyond that, such as measuring how pages are read, would be introduced only with a clear notice and a choice for you, and this policy would be updated before it started. Your browser settings let you delete or block cookies, and the pages still read without them.

Who else sees your data?

Nobody buys or rents it. Your messages are seen by the editors, and by the hosting and e-mail providers whose systems carry the site and the inbox. They process data on our instructions only. We may disclose data if the law requires it. When a link takes you to JasminSlots, the operator receives what you give it on its own site, under its own terms, and not from us.

How long do we keep it?

A message is kept for as long as it takes to deal with it and any follow-up, and then deleted. Correction requests may be kept a little longer as a record of why a figure changed, with your name removed where it is not needed. Technical visit data is kept for a short period tied to security and troubleshooting.

Is data sent outside the United Kingdom?

Hosting and e-mail providers can store data in other countries. Where that happens, we expect those providers to use recognised safeguards, such as the UK’s approved transfer terms, so that the data is protected to a standard comparable with UK law.

What rights do you have?

Under UK data protection law you may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to a use that rests on legitimate interests and, where it applies, ask for the data in a portable form. Write to [email protected] with the request and the e-mail address you used before, so we can find your messages. If you are unhappy with how we handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would like the chance to put things right first, but the choice is yours.

Is this guide for children?

No. Gambling content is for adults, and in Great Britain the minimum gambling age is 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and if a message turns out to come from a minor, we delete it. Parents who share a device with a young person can use parental control software such as Net Nanny and Cyber Patrol, which the operator itself recommends.

How is the data kept secure?

Access to the inbox is limited to the editors, and our providers are asked to protect their systems with access controls and encryption in transit. No method of sending data over the internet is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive documents by e-mail.

What happens when this policy changes?

When we change this policy, the effective date at the top changes with it, and the new text applies from that date. If a change materially affects how we use messages already sent to us, we will tell you using the e-mail address you wrote from, where we still hold it.

How do you reach us about privacy?

Write to [email protected]. The same address handles privacy requests, corrections and questions about this policy.
